Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices stated on our price list(s) are in US funds. Maryland Fire Equipment reserves the right to change, adjust, modify, or correct pricing that may be advertised on our website or otherwise displayed

Return Policy
It is the company’s policy to accept returned merchandise and issue credit subject to the following conditions:

• There are no refunds or cancellations on goods that are custom.
• All returns must be approved prior to return and a return material authorization number (RMA) must be obtained and referenced when the goods are received. Products that are to be returned must be receivein its original box and packaging, have no evidence of use, include a copy of the original invoice, and our RMA number. Customers are responsible for products that are being shipped back to Maryland Fire Equipment.
• All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase (date of invoice).
• A restocking charge of 25% is charged.
• Credit will be issued subject to the restocking charge and inspection. In regards to a return, refund, or credit: Customers will only be credited or refunded for the full value of the product not including the shipping and handling charges. No refund, credit nor exchange will be given until the product in question is returned and has been examined by Maryland Fire Equipment.

Short or Damaged Shipment
Any claim of damage and/or shortages must be made within 48 hours of receipt or product(s).

Packing List
Packing list shows quantity ordered, quantity shipped, and quantity on backorder per the manufacturer.

Freight
Our terms are FOB Rockville, MD. All shipments via UPS and are prepaid and billed.
